Non-Refundable Policy:
All bookings for Skinz and Nipples, including cabana rentals and event tickets, are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, we are unable to process any refunds, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Skinz & Nipples Music Festival – Cabana Deal Non-Refundable Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a Cabana Package at the Skinz & Nipples Music Festival. To ensure transparency and protect both our patrons and our business, we have implemented the following strict, non-negotiable Non-Refundable Policy regarding all cabana reservations and purchases.

Please read carefully before completing your transaction.

🔸 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• Once payment is made for any Cabana Package, it is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Event rescheduling or venue changes

  • Weather conditions (rain or shine)

  • Illness or personal emergencies

  • Changes in travel plans

  • Inability to attend

🔸 2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

• By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges, agrees to, and accepts these terms in full.

• This serves as a legally binding agreement between the purchaser and the organizers of Skinz & Nipples Festival.

🔸 3. NO CHARGEBACKS OR DISPUTES

• As the Cabana Package is a custom, reserved experience, the purchaser agrees that:

  • No chargebacks, disputes, or reversals shall be initiated through banks or credit card companies.

  • Any attempt to reverse or dispute the payment will be considered fraudulent and will be met with legal action.

  • In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue damages, legal costs, and ban future purchases from the individual or associated parties.

🔸 4. PURCHASE RECEIPT = CONTRACT

• A digital or physical payment receipt serves as your contract of agreement.

• The name, email, and phone number used during the purchase process will be linked to this agreement.

• By completing checkout, the purchaser agrees that they have read and understood the terms of this Non-Refundable Policy.

🔸 5. FESTIVAL CANCELLATION CLAUSE

• In the rare case of full event cancellation by organizers (not rescheduling or postponement), patrons will be issued a credit or transferred value toward a future event of equal or higher value.

• No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

🔸 6. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

• If the payment is made by a third party on behalf of the attendee, both the cardholder and the attendee are bound to this policy.

🔸LEGAL NOTICE

This policy is enforceable by Jamaican law and international e-commerce policies. Any form of payment reversal, dispute, or misrepresentation will result in immediate ban from all future Skinz & Nipples events and legal pursuit of lost revenue.
