Tickets, entry, safety, refunds and guest responsibilities for the July 31, 2027 daytime foam party in Kingston.
Skinz & Bubbles 2027 is a daytime foam and water event scheduled for Saturday, July 31, 2027, in Kingston, Jamaica. The venue, gate times, last entry time and final programme will be published before tickets go on sale.
Skinz & Bubbles is the event brand. The final terms and checkout will identify the legal organizer and ticket seller, provide their business contact details, and state the effective date. Ticket sales are closed in this preview.
Buy through the authorized channels listed on the Tickets & VIP page. The order page will show the ticket or package inclusions, currency, total price with mandatory fees and applicable taxes, and the policies that apply to the order before payment.
Review your selection, correct errors or leave checkout before paying. Keep a copy of the confirmation and terms shown at purchase. A First Access signup does not reserve a ticket. Protect ticket codes and keep them out of public posts.
Proposed admission policy. Guests must be at least 18 on event day and bring a valid government-issued photo ID and an official ticket or credential. The organizer will publish any ID and ticket-name matching requirements before sales open.
Proposed re-entry policy. Admission is single-entry unless event staff expressly authorize re-entry. Each admission credential is valid for the number of people and access areas shown on the order. Duplicate or altered credentials may be refused. If there is a scanning or order problem, ask the box office to verify your confirmation.
Use the official transfer or name-change process if the ticket provider offers one. The availability, deadline and any charge for transfers will be disclosed before purchase. Unofficial purchases carry the risk that a ticket is invalid or has already been used. Statutory remedies still apply.
VIP and cabana orders include the admissions, capacity, access, amenities and any check-in rules stated on the order. A cabana reservation includes event entry only where the order expressly says so. Any deposit, balance due date and cancellation terms for a group package must be shown before payment.
Organizer cancellation. The proposed policy is to refund the amount paid for cancelled event tickets and related packages, including mandatory ticket fees, to the original payment method. The organizer or ticket seller will announce the process and timing. Any shorter deadline or additional remedy required by law applies.
Postponement or material change. If the date changes or another material change substantially affects the purchase, the proposed policy is to notify purchasers, explain whether tickets carry over, and offer a refund option for buyers who decline the change. The notice will state the deadline and how to request a refund.
No refunds for change of mind or missed attendance. Tickets are non-refundable for a change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance, except where a refund is required by law. If the organizer cancels, postpones, or materially changes the event, the refund and event-change provisions in these Terms apply. Where only part of a paid package is unavailable, any remedy will reflect the impact on what was purchased and applicable law.
How to request help. Use the support details on your order confirmation and provide the order reference and a short description of the issue. Keep the ticket and receipt. Payment providers may take additional time to post an issued refund.
Weather, public safety, venue conditions or official directions may require the organizer to pause an activity, move it, adjust the schedule or stop the event. Follow staff instructions if a pause or evacuation is announced.
Minor timetable, performer or activity changes may occur. A material change, cancellation or interruption will be handled under the refund and change terms above and applicable law.
Foam and water can reduce visibility and make surfaces slippery. Walk in wet areas, wear secure water-friendly footwear, and follow marked routes and staff instructions. Keep exits clear. Leave the activation area and alert staff if you feel unwell, have breathing or eye irritation, or need help.
Participation in wet activities is optional. Ask event staff about access routes, quieter or drier areas, and available assistance. Venue-specific accessibility information and an accommodation contact will be published before ticket sales. This safety guidance preserves the organizer’s legal duties to guests.
Respect guests and staff. Violence, harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe conduct, tampering with equipment and entering restricted areas are grounds for intervention. Security may refuse entry or remove a person for a safety risk or serious rule breach, subject to applicable law and any remedy owed.
Weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, and glass containers are prohibited under the proposed rules. The final bag, outside food and drink, and screening policies will be posted before sales. Screening will be carried out lawfully and respectfully. Medical, disability and accessibility needs will be considered.
Alcohol, if available, will be served under applicable licensing and age rules. Staff may request ID and refuse service where appropriate. Arrange a safe ride home and follow official pickup and parking directions when they are announced.
Keep valuables secure and use water protection for your phone and other electronics. Report lost property or damage to staff promptly. Transport, accommodation and bookings made directly with outside providers are separate arrangements. Any rights or remedies that apply under law are preserved.
If official photography or filming is planned, the organizer will explain it in the event privacy notice and at the venue. Where consent is required, the organizer will seek it separately. Buying a ticket does not grant a blanket release to use your image or waive your privacy rights.
Personal filming must respect others’ privacy and staff directions. Commercial filming, drones and professional recording equipment require prior authorization. See the Privacy Policy for the website’s handling of information.
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate the organizer, interfere with site security, or use the event’s name, logo or content to imply an affiliation. Third-party travel links are provided for planning. Check the terms and prices with the provider before booking.
Ticket descriptions and terms shown at the time of purchase govern that order, subject to applicable law. A later website update does not change existing orders unless the change is permitted by law and communicated appropriately.
These terms preserve liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence and all consumer rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted. The activity rules and safety guidance do not waive any legal duty of the organizer or venue.
Jamaican law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. Raise event or ticket concerns through the organizer or the authorized seller’s support channel. You can also contact Jamaica’s Consumer Affairs Commission or pursue any other remedy available to you.
